Who can apply for this Service?

Any Credit Card holder of United Commercial Bank Ltd. is eligible to apply for Credit Card SMS Service.

How to apply?

Please fill up the Credit Card SMS application form & send it to Credit Card Division by mail or fax (88-02-7162970).

How to use?

Send SMS to the following number(s): 2273 (for GP users only) or 01819239966

User Guidelines

SMS Format:

Bank Code: U (UCBL)

Key word: BALA, DUAM, MNDU, LSTX, STRQ, PTBL

BALA = Balance Enquiry

DUAM = Due Amount

MNDU = Minimum Due

LSTX = Last 3 Transactions Enquiry

STRQ = Statement Request

PTBL = Point Earned

Currency Code: 0, 1, 2

0 is for both local & foreign account enquiry

1 is for local account enquiry

2 is for foreign account enquiry

if you do not input currency code it takes 0 by default
